Because our products are food items that are prepared specifically for each order, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness while preventing unnecessary food wastage.

1. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order only before the order preparation process has started.
Once the preparation of food products begins, the order cannot be cancelled because the items are freshly prepared and cannot be reused or resold.
Cancellation Window
Orders can typically be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided that preparation has not yet started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
If the order has already entered the preparation or packing stage, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. No Cancellation After Preparation
All products sold on Sukhaaura are freshly prepared food items. Once preparation begins:
- The order cannot be cancelled
- The order cannot be modified
- The order cannot be refunded
This policy helps prevent food wastage and ensures operational efficiency.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Refunds may be issued if:
- The order was not delivered due to our error
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was significantly damaged during delivery
In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delivery failure due to unavailable recipient
- Minor variations in product appearance (as traditional sweets are handmade)
- Delay caused by courier or logistics partners beyond our control
5. Order Modification
Order modifications (such as changing products, quantities, or delivery address) may be accepted only before preparation begins.
Once the order enters the preparation stage, changes cannot be made.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your order delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We may request:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
